After meeting the team at Comwire IT Pty Ltd and hearing of the benefits for our computer support, we chose to enter into a Gold Support Plan agreement. I did comparisons between what we were paying for maintenance and repairs and found that it would be financially better for us to be on a plan. We now have unlimited support at a fixed monthly cost.

The team at Comwire IT Pty Ltd have been a driving force in increasing our staff productivity due to lack of IT downtime.  We receive weekly maintenance and defragmentation on each of our 22 workstations.  8 of our workstations are at 2 different locations. All this maintenance work is performed outside of business hours which ensures no interruptions to our business and staff.

The Helpdesk Technicians are always friendly and no problem is ever too big for them.  All issues are explained in “normal non-technical “ terms . It is so reassuring that we have such a supporting team behind our business for our every need in computer support and hardware.
