Every quarter on we offer an onsite meeting to analyze your current IT environment in the following areas:-

  • Overview discussion of support tickets over the last quarter
  • Comprehensive analysis of your current IT hardware and identification of any hardware that is recommended to be replaced.
  • Report summary on email based Viruses and Spam filtered by our hosted Symantec Brightmail Email Filtering or Sophos Pure Message
  • Report summary on local endpoint (Servers and Desktops) virus and threat detections and removals using our Managed AVG Enterprise Endpoint Protection service or Sophos.
  • Offsite backup data management including reporting on success rates and possible ways to exclude any data that is no longer required to be backed up.
