The directors of Comwire IT, Mark Frahn & Robert Librandi were having one of their regular discussions regarding their individual businesses and noticed a common issue that they were both experiencing daily...”how can we better service our clients with the limited resources we have”?  As both businesses had a smaller tech team, in a busy period, delivering the high level of support in the time frames that their clients expected, was becoming harder and harder.   Both knowing that the only way to improve on this was to grow their teams to the point where there is the right balance of techs, sales & admin staff to ensure there is the consistent high level delivery that our valued clients expect.
